Testimonials
Satisfied Client

I did not know the power washing was happening but I wanted you to know what a spectacular group of men they were. 2 of the men carefully moved and put back my plants and were so very kind. They did a great job and should be commended for their efforts for being so courteous and professional. I just believe credit should be given where credits due..

Sammy W.

Great job guys! The walls and the roof are cleaner than ever. I can see the true color of our building now.

John J.

Last time the guys you sent were great. They were so good with everything... I did not have to tell them anything, they were mindful of all the little things.I will be informing folks coming to the office to pay attention so your guys can do another great job..

Pressure Washing Vs. Soft Washing

Which is right for your high-rise?

Pressure Washing uses the power of water under pressure to remove stuck on debris and dirt on porous surfaces like concrete. Pressure washing is great for cleaning just below the surface and rinsing away the dirt and grime that has been loosened by a chemical solution. However pressure washing is often not fully effective against organic growth. We typically will pressure wash concrete surfaces but only pressure rinse walls and other surfaces that have been chemically treated.

Soft washing is a low-pressure process of treating organic growth with a special chemical solution to actually break down and kill mold, bacteria, lichen and algae on the surface. Standard spraying with a pressure washer may remove some of it, but it does not kill and disinfect like softwashing does. Once the chemical mix is given some time to dwell and has gone to work on the offending growth, the results are quite visible even without the need to agitate the surface with a brush. The solution and grime can then simply be rinsed off. While pressure washing can cause damage to painted or delicate surfaces soft washing lowers this risk as the solutions are applied under pressure similar to a garden hose. This prevents water being blown into windows, doors and other places it should not go.
